Mediumship and fresh grief: what to expect

Speaking with someone who's passed is not what television makes it look like. A gentler primer.

Mediums don't summon. They listen. What comes through is often small — a nickname, a smell, a phrase you'd almost forgotten. That's the point.

If your loss is recent, tell your advisor before you start. A good medium slows down for grief. So do we.

You'll leave sessions with something to sit with, not a script to memorize. That's normal, and it's usually where the healing lives.
