You prepay into a wallet, we bill per minute at the advisor's rate. New customers get intro rates from $1/min. Set a hard cap before each session so it can't exceed your budget.
Chat, voice, or video?+
All three, right in your browser — no phone number required. Some advisors specialize in one modality; you'll see options on each profile.
What if an advisor is busy?+
Join their callback queue or leave an offline message. Offline messages are answered within 24 hours.
Is my session private?+
Yes. Sessions are one-to-one, encrypted in transit, and only recorded if both you and the advisor opt in.
How does the guarantee work?+
If your first paid session with an advisor doesn't feel right, we credit up to 15 minutes back to your wallet within 24 hours. One tap, one sentence, done.
Do you sell my data?+
