When not to book a reading

We say this out loud because most companies won't. Sometimes the answer is not right now.

If you're in crisis, please call or text a crisis line before calling us. We're not a substitute for a therapist or a doctor, and we won't pretend otherwise.

If you've had five readings this week and you're still spinning, the pattern isn't the readers. Pause. A journal, a walk, and one session next month will do more than five more today.

If you already know what you're going to do and you want a reader to tell you it's fine — you don't need us for that. Do the thing.
